Lip Pencil is used before applying Lipstick to define lip contours and shape, or apply all over lips for a light matte effect.

It sets lipstick, prevents smudging and improves hold.

Lips are comfortable, smoothed, sublimated and perfectly redesigned.

At the heart of the formula

Lip Pencils are composed of :

Vitamin E: used to limit skin aging.
Cottonseed oil: known for its softening properties and for strengthening the skin's hydrolipidic film.
Jojoba oil: protects against dehydration.

Directions for use

Before application, sharpen the Pencil with the Pencil Sharpener to obtain a precise, intense line.
Apply the pencil around the lips to define them before applying lipstick, or fill in the entire lip area depending on the desired effect.
Close the pencil tightly after use to avoid drying out the lead.

Tip 1:

To color lips without added layer, use the lip pencil as a lipstick.

Tip 2:

For a softer effect, use a brush or finger and blend the contours created with the pencil towards the inside of the lips.

Tip 3:

To fix color and prolong lipstick wear, apply a very light veil of T.LeCLerc Loose Powder to lips, after Pencil and before Lipstick.
